HCIAS MASTER'S PROGRAM Mobility Window and studying abroad
Application period is now open for a study start in October 2025!
Mobility Window
Students of the master’s program may build and refine a cross-cultural academic profile, and prepare for exciting opportunities in both research and outside academia. To this purpose, the master’s program foresees a Mobility Window to carry out hands-on experience during an internship.
Study Abroad
Our students may also seize the opportunity for a change of scenery by using the Mobility Window for a facultative study abroad at one of our partner institutes. Multiple international cooperation agreements and exchange programs enable HCIAS students to undertake study or research stays at various partner universities in Ibero-America and Spain.
The HCIAS' close cooperation with the Heidelberg Center Latin America (HCLA), the university’s offshore campus in Santiago de Chile, provides students with additional opportunities for academic networking and experience abroad, especially in Chile.
